About the event
Beats & Breath: A Breathwork Bootcamp is a rhythmic, body-centered breathwork experience designed to awaken your inner wisdom, release held tension, and reconnect you with your breath and body. Through sound, movement, and presence, we’ll journey together toward clarity and healing.
This is an immersive group experience combining rhythmic music-making with guided breathwork practices, facilitated by Board Certified Music Therapist and Breathwork Coach, Ian Franklin Wilkerson, MT-BC.
