About the event

Welcome to a somatic breathwork experience designed to help you embrace and release the emotions that often lie dormant within.

In this one-hour group breathwork session, we invite you to dive deep into the raw, unfiltered corners of your soul – where anger, frustration, grief, and sadness linger – emotions we too often bury without giving them the space to breathe 🌬️. 

Yet, in acknowledging & being present with these emotions, you can allow yourself to fully release them and create space. Space for joy, pleasure, and newfound light in your life. By releasing the old, you invite in the new 🌱


👉What to Expect:

Explore the power of your breath to unlock and express emotions that may have been long suppressed. 

This is your space to come and simply breathe, or bare it all. Let your emotions surface without inhibition or judgment. 

Our sessions provide a safe environment where you can freely express yourself. No matter what emotion may surface, you will have space to fully feel them.

Disclaimer: it may not always be serene; it may also be raw & visceral. The session will conclude with a cool-down period, to allow emotions to settle.

Join us for an hour of unapologetic self-discovery. Your emotions demand acknowledgment – let your breath set them free 🌬️



🕒 Duration: 1 hour session, with 30 minutes allowed for cool-down at the end

🍽️ Preparation: It's recommended to have a light dinner before the session. Breathwork is most effective on an empty stomach.

🧘‍♂️ Comfort: Bring your own yoga mat or sitting pillows, and anything else that enhances your comfort. Don't forget a water bottle!

🎟️ Admission: Buy your tickets in advance!

Plan to arrive by 6:45pm MST to make sure you have enough time to get settled. 


Limited spots are available & we will start promptly at 7pm!


❗️Important Notes:

This may not be your typical relaxation breathwork – it's an exploration of the self. It's okay to feel a range of emotions, and our facilitator will expertly guide you through the process.

This is not for you if:

    - You need a high level of individual support.

    -  You do not feel comfortable or safe experiencing strong emotions without one on one support (contact us about 1:1 Breathwork Programs).

    -  If you are looking for a course that focuses on slow breathing practices only.
