Reichian Therapy

Pranayama Yoga

Come alive to your sexuality & joy of life!

August 25-27, 2024

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, finding moments of true peace and self-discovery can feel like an elusive dream.

But what if that sanctuary isn't as far away as you think?

Welcome to our Reichian Therapy & Pranayama Yoga Intensive — an oasis of self-discovery in Tahoe National Forest.

Amidst the chaos of our daily routines, it's easy to lose sight of our own well-being. We're constantly bombarded with noise, distractions, and the never-ending demands of a fast-paced world. But deep down, we know there's more to life than this relentless cycle.

Imagine a 2-night retreat where time slows down, and the stresses of everyday life melt away. Picture yourself surrounded by ancient forests, with nothing but the sound of chirping birds, rustling leaves, & flowing rivers to interrupt your thoughts. Here, you'll reconnect with your body through invigorating Pranayama yoga sessions, explore the power of Reichian breathwork, and forge meaningful connections with fellow participants.

But this journey isn't just about relaxation—it's about rediscovering yourself in a way you never thought possible. It's about confronting your fears, embracing your strengths, and emerging from the wilderness stronger, wiser, and more resilient than ever before.

Thank you SO much for your extraordinary drumming workshop. You did an amazing job facilitating the session and getting this new group into the music.

I love the chanting/singing, the meditation, the checking in about our emotions/physical sensations after drumming, and your ability to be a composer and raise and lower our drum beats.

I felt you really got/understood our group, and spoke from your heart. You truly do have an extraordinary gift and I thank the Universe that we found you. You are deeply appreciated.

I have done body & mind work with Dr. Siri Gian Singh Khalsa for 30 years. I have found his integrity infallible. His extreme knowledge of methods to heal and maintain the health of the body and settle the mind can only be outshone by his heart-centered practice and compassion. I’ve gotten amazing benefits from my participation [in breathwork] including increased lung capacity, and an ability to create calmness in times of stress. It has also helped me sleep better and in general has given me a greater sense of wellbeing. It has been such a blessing in my life to find Siri Gian.
