Breathing Exercise

Breathwork Sessions

Dive deep into the essence of breathwork with both individual and group sessions. Each participant will receive a personalized 1:1 breathwork session, as well as seven transformative group breathwork sessions. Experience a profound journey within, unlocking new levels of self-awareness and healing.

Drumming & Breathwork

Unveil the power of rhythm and breath in our groundbreaking "Beats & Breath" sessions. Led by Ian Wilkerson, a Board Certified Music Therapist & Breathwork Practitioner, these sessions combine the primal beats of drumming with the transformative practice of breathwork. Experience a harmonious blend that resonates through your entire being, leaving you refreshed and connected.

Pranayama Yoga

Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating embrace of nature through group yoga sessions. Pranayama yoga focuses on controlled breathing techniques to enhance vitality, calm the mind, and align the body's energy, setting it apart from other yoga practices by emphasizing breathwork as a core component of the practice. Our skilled instructors cater to all levels, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and included in these revitalizing practices.

Reconnect with Nature

As night falls, gather around the campfire for intimate conversations and shared moments under the starlit Idaho sky. Cabin Bedroom

Shared Rustic Lodging

Nestle into the charm of a cabin in the woods, where the camaraderie of shared spaces enhances the sense of community & intimate atmosphere, fostering connections with like-minded individuals. All rooms are shared, with the exception of one private suite with a King bed for added comfort and privacy. Guests are also welcome to bring their own tent, should they prefer to be even closer to nature & sleep under the stars!

Kirkham Hot Springs

Explore the wonders of Idaho with a group excursion to Kirkham Hot Springs, nestled along the banks of the Payette river. Enjoy a soak in the natural hot springs, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the river and the beauty of the wilderness.

Whitewater Rafting

The retreat will culminate with a thrilling white water rafting excursion on the South Fork of the Payette River! There will be mostly Class 2 rapids, with some Class 3 - in other words, trips of this nature are usually offered to those 12 years old and above, so it's more of a mild whitewater rafting experience.

What can I expect from the shared lodging?

A: The shared cabin offers a cozy and communal atmosphere, promoting a sense of togetherness. All rooms aside from the King suite have bunk beds. Restrooms and shower facilities are included, providing a harmonious blend of rustic living and modern comfort.
