Join Certified Music Therapist Ian Wilkerson once a month, Thursdays from 4 - 5:15 p.m.
A music therapy group experience for teens (ages 13-18). The group will meet monthly April through August 2023. There is no prior music experience or skill required. Participants will have the opportunity to come together with their peers through music, while exploring the challenges of being a teen. Some of the activities may include group drumming, music assisted relaxation and guided imagery, improvisational music making and singing using client preferred music.
